Refund policy

1. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations:

We offer 7 days return policy since day of delivery. Exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 5 to 7 days.

1.1 General Return Guidelines:

• Any claim for damaged or missing items must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Return and refund requests placed after 24 hours are not eligible.
• We do not process refunds or accept returns for issues related to outer packaging damage during transit.

1.2 Damaged or Defective Products:

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email info@woothoot.co.in with:
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• Your Order ID
• A description of the issue

Based on your preference, we offer:

• Replacement: Free pickup and replacement of the product.
• Repair: We’ll repair the item at no cost; however, you must cover the shipping to and from our facility.
• Refund: Approved refunds will be credited into original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please ensure the product is unused, in original condition, and includes the original packaging and invoice for any return or claim to be eligible.

1.3 Returns Not Accepted:

• If damage occurs after use (e.g., 3 days or more post-delivery), returns will not be accepted.
• Frequent return requests (more than 3 per financial year) may result in return privileges being revoked.
• Reverse pickups are not available for international orders. In such cases, customers will need to self-ship returns to our warehouse in India.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are dispatched.

Important Notes:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
• If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or any customer-side issue, re-delivery charges will be levied.
• WootHoot reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or any other unforeseen reason. In such cases, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

3. Coupons & Offers:

• Coupons are valid only for purchases made on www.woothoot.co.in.
• Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
• Products on discounted or slashed pricing are not eligible for further discounts.
• Coupons may be subject to expiration dates; expired codes will not be honoured.
• Certain coupon codes may exclude specific categories such as books or gift cards.
